We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with proven skills in team management, customer service, and food safety. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality food preparation and service while maintaining a positive environment for both staff and customers.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards.
Manage team performance, providing training and guidance to staff on food handling and customer service best practices.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies.
Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with local health regulations.
Experience
Proven experience in food service or restaurant management
Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is advantageous.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
