We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. Duties

Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards. Manage team performance through effective training, mentoring, and scheduling. Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new staff members to build a strong team. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Implement food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with management to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management is essential. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Previous supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership skills. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and POS systems Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is required. Experience in interviewing and training staff members is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and guests alike. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous. Barista experience is considered an asset.
