As a Food Service Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient operation. Train new employees in food preparation, customer service, and cash handling procedures. Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Assist in the preparation of meals and beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and portion control. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new team members. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop menus and special promotions that enhance customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively. Experience in cooking, food preparation, and bartending is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
