Tasks
---------Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards Prepare and submit reports Supervise and check assembly of trays Establish work schedules Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
