Neighbourly Pharmacy (7169320 Manitoba Ltd) is looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our Tim Hortons team in Gimli, Manitoba.
Responsibilities:
The Food Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing and coordinating the activities of Food Service Staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation.
Requisition of food and kitchen supplies.
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures.
Address customers' complaints or concerns.
Prepare budget and cost estimates.
Prepare and submit reports.
May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets.
Supervises 5 to 10 people including Food Service Staff (Front Counter Attendants, Bakers).
Qualifications:
Supervisory experience of 1+ years.
Experience in the Food Services Industry is preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Tim Horton's products and procedures.
Secondary (high) school certificate or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal skills (motivating, delegation, conflict management, respect for others, listening).
Professional attitude and ability to communicate well with customers, co-workers, and suppliers.
Due to this position's sensitive nature, the successful candidate must complete a Criminal Record Check.
Other Job Details:
Two (2) Positions
40 hours per week.
The store is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday.
8-hour shift
Day Shift
Evening Shift
Weekend as needed
