Responsibilities

Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and collaboration. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure quality standards are met. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing excellent customer service. Maintain inventory levels, including ordering supplies and managing stock effectively. Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Assist in cash handling processes, including register operations and financial reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food service or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Experience in cash handling procedures is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
