We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food Service Supervisor who has worked at any of the Primetime Donair and Poutine location and wanted to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing daily activities, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
Supervise daily food service operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee kitchen staff, providing guidance in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Train new employees on food handling procedures, customer service expectations, and POS systems.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with restaurant management to implement policies and procedures that enhance service quality.
Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster professional growth.
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management preferably at any of the Primetime Donair and Poutine Location or a similar supervisory role within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and safety standards.
Experience with POS systems and inventory management is preferred.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus but not required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Previous experience in hotel food services is advantageous.
