The Chopped Leaf is a healthy quick service restaurant specializing in chef designed salads, wraps, bowls and soups with our signature dressings. Our motto is: Feel Good After You Eat

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.)

Business Diploma/Under Graduation : Successfully completed a post-secondary program within one year from a recognized post-secondary institution. Safe Food Handling certificate (Considered an asset)

Address customers' complaints or concerns Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Prepare budget and cost estimates Establish methods to meet work schedules Hire food service staff Perform same duties as workers supervised
Specific Skills Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Supervise and check assembly of trays
Prepare food order summaries for chef Prepare and submit reports Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Ensure food service and quality control
