Job Description

Location is 80 Longview Common SE, Calgary, AB.

We are looking for candidates with flexible availability and long term commitment. Position available as Food Service Supervisor.

Duties includes :

Manage all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including team operations, inventory management, equipment maintenance, team scheduling, and more. Leveraging technology to track operational metrics, report on restaurant performance and engage with Team Members and Area Coach to identify and drive areas of improvement for the restaurant. Set high standards for yourself and the team you lead. You take pride in ensuring strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and security standards. Demonstrate a growth mindset to teach and serve as a role model during operations, providing ongoing training and coaching to support your team member's learning and development. Create a culture of inclusivity and recognition, celebrating achievements and contributions. Championing the Pizza Hut brand with your leadership to create the best moments for our guests and quickly resolving guest complaints.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
