Duties

Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales initiatives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight product features and benefits. Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system. Provide feedback on product development based on client interactions and market insights.

Experience

Proven experience in sales or a related field is preferred but not required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective presentations and negotiations. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
