We are seeking a friendly and efficient Service Crew member to join our dynamic team. As a vital part of our restaurant operations, the Service Crew will ensure a positive dining experience by providing attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting food preparation and handling. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS Prepare and serve food items according to established standards, ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen spaces in compliance with sanitation standards Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally Follow all food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not required Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
