Food Service Associates

to join our dynamic team. We are looking for Full Time and Part Time availability. Please note that weekend availability is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers picking up take-out orders, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Accurately take and process orders, addressing customer inquiries, and offering recommendations. Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring smooth check-out experiences. Prepare and package orders for take-out, ensuring quality, accuracy, and presentation. Collaborate with the kitchen and server teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment. Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and food handling protocols. Maintain a clean and organized take-out area, including regular cleaning and replenishing supplies. Complete other tasks as assigned to support restaurant operations.

Requirements:

Fluent in

English

with strong communication skills. Open availability to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Quick learner with a proactive attitude and the ability to follow directions. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently. Reliable and punctual, with dependable transportation. Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. Comfortable using or willing to learn restaurant software (POS systems).

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in

customer service

or

food handling

is a plus but not required.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
