Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring that food safety and sanitation standards are met. Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Micros POS, for processing transactions efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation practices. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and inventory management.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy. Experience with sanitation procedures and kitchen operations is a plus.
