Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while managing food orders and transactions. You will play a vital part in ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests by maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Sanitate work areas, utensils, and equipment regularly to ensure a clean environment. Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system, ensuring accuracy in all financial exchanges. Provide assistance to customers with menu selections and dietary needs. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure compliance at all times. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food supplies.

Experience

Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate. Familiarity with food handling and preparation techniques is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
