Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team at CCC Packaging. In this role, located in Canada, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our packaging solutions. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining our high standards and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough quality inspections of packaging products to ensure compliance with specifications. Utilize calipers and other measuring tools to assess product dimensions and quality standards. Analyze data collected from quality control processes to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities. Assist in the development and implementation of quality management systems. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on quality assurance best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Familiarity with QA/QC processes and methodologies is essential. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Knowledge of packaging materials and processes is an asset.
