Duties

Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by providing timely support during busy periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling practices. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest satisfaction and address any customer needs or concerns. Support the kitchen staff by restocking supplies as needed and assisting with food preparation when required.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to communicate effectively with both guests and team members in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food industry, particularly in food service or restaurant settings, is preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a supportive team atmosphere. Capability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
