Are you looking for a food runner position, but something a little different?

The iconic

Hermann's Jazz Club

(140 seats) in the heart of downtown is busy and looking for a food runner to join our team.

Hermann's Jazz Club is a part of the Art on View Society, a not-for-profit society that exists to support the arts in Victoria and the island.

Responsibilities

include but not limited to:

Maintaining a clean and sanitized workplace

Distributing food and drinks to patrons of our restaurant

Clearing tables of dishes, napkins, and glassware

Refilling water for guests

Polishing silverware and rolling cutlery

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 months experience working in a restaurant

Strong multi tasking and organizational skills

Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and patrons

Responsible, accountable and trustworthy

Valid Serving it Right

Kind and welcoming attitude towards patrons upon entry

Ability to work cohesively as a team to service all guests before and during live entertainment periods

A positive and friendly attitude who thrives on building great experiences for customers

A team player who isn't afraid to dive in and help out

English language fluency
