We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Food Quality Control Technician

to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring, testing, and maintaining the quality and safety of food products in compliance with company standards and government regulations.

The Basic Duties and Responsibilities will be:

Conduct quality inspections of raw materials and finished products Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety standards Perform laboratory tests and document results Maintain accurate quality records and reports Assist in resolving quality-related issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:

Must have education in Food science related disciplines Must be able to communicate (both written and oral) in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) Recent college graduate is welcome to apply
