Job Description

We are looking for a Quality and Food Safety Supervisor to join a major manufacturing company! The candidate will, among other tasks, be responsible for all aspects of the food safety program and the daily operations.

Full time. Maternity leave contract with possibility of prolongation.

Responsibilities:
Manage the food safety program and daily operations;
Investigate SQF incidents;
Provide SQF advice and recommendations;
Implement a microbiological analysis program in accordance with FDA requirements;
Manage the environmental program in connection with SQF and FDA-IMS certification;
Ensure compliance of the quality management system with customer requirements;
Participate in the training and integration of new employees, particularly with regard to quality;
Develop SQD and GMP training for the team;
Perform preventive actions in anticipation of audits;
Participate in audits;
Coordinate department activities and maintain performance indicators;
Perform any other related tasks.

Profile:
Bachelor\'s degree in life sciences;
3 years experience in food safety management;
Bilingualism in French and English;
Knowledge of the MS Office Suite;
Experience as a trainer or mentor;
Leadership and team spirit.
