Food Production Worker
Job Description
-Working on processing lines producing different types of milk powders as assigned by a Lead Hand or the Production Manager.
-Lifting bags weighing up to 25kg of powdered milk into the blender (calculating and mixing products with accurate record-keeping)
-Bagging/packaging the product, assembling orders & other related tasks.
-attention to detail, and able to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
-knowledge of safe food practices an asset
We are looking for someone who:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Min. 18 yrs. of Age
-Can communicate fluently in English, written and spoken
- Can lift 60 lbs. over the course of an 8 hour day, every day
-Can sit or stand for long periods of time
- Pays close attention to detail
-works well within a small team; in a small environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.80 per hour
Work Location: In person
