We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated food production members to join our growing team. As a vital part of our kitchen staff, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality grab and go sushi. Please note we are not a restaurant and this is a post for a central kitchen/production facility.
Duties
Assist in the preparation of food products according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
Help with inventory management by receiving and storing food supplies appropriately.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak
May be required to assist in sampling booths or off-site events
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is an asset.
Ability to work well efficiently to meet deadlines.
