Wages: $18 per hour

AT MAMA YOLANDA\xe2\x80\x99S GOURMET LASAGNA OUR PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKERS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Effectively lead by example and work as a team of champions to achieve results.
• Assist in all aspects of lasagna production, which includes following a specific recipe for the making of a patented sauce recipe (vegetable prep, spice prep, and grinding of meat products), the making of pasta sheets, and ultimately the assembly of lasagnas.
• Ability to maintain clean and sanitized work area.
• Work in a safe and conscientious manner.

PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY WORKER POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability and desire to work in a team environment
• 1-2 years food prep experience an asset
• Experience in a HACCP approved food manufacturing facility an asset
• Familiarity with CFIA regulations and requirements an asset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Some positions require heavy lifting and repetitive movements
