Overview

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Process Workers to join our team in the food processing industry. As a Process Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient production and packaging of food products while adhering to strict safety and sanitation standards. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties

Operate machinery and equipment used in food processing and packaging. Ability to fillet a whole salmon with minimal waste is a definite asset. Ensure products are packaged correctly and meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist with the loading and unloading of materials as needed. Monitor production processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency. Reporting any mechanical issues or malfunctions. Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and production tracking. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Experience in the food industry or manufacturing preferred. Familiarity with food processing techniques and sanitation practices. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control. Basic math skills for inventory tracking and production reporting. Commitment to following food safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting while demonstrating strong communication skills.
