Food Preparation/ Customer Service Wanted - Muddy's Pit Barbeque, Keene

Seasonal: April to December | Wednesday to Sunday

Muddy's Pit Barbeque is a renowned BBQ joint known for its smoked meats, friendly service, and strong community vibe. We're looking for a food preparation / customer service person who's confident, capable, and ready to be part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical team.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve high-quality BBQ dishes Provide friendly and efficient counter service Take responsibility for opening and closing the kitchen Offer leadership and support to a young, energetic team Learn our system and work with traditional meat smokers (no experience needed--we'll train you!)

What We're Looking For:

Kitchen experience (prep, line cook, or similar) Food Safety and Smart Serve certification is required upon employment Confidence in customer-facing roles Strong sense of responsibility and leadership Willingness to learn and grow in a unique culinary setting Comfortable working Wednesday to Sunday from April to December Own transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.20-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
