Responsibilities include: Verifying the dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation and temperature and ensuring the efficient flow of orders from the kitchen to the serving staff. Finish up plates with garnishes and sauces. Running food to tables. Keeping Expo station clean and stocked. Must: -be able to work under pressure in high stress, fast paced environment -have good attention to detail -have ability to multitask -have ability to lift upto 50lbs -be able to work split shifts (over lunch & return over dinner service) -have excellent communication skills and good team work attitude Eligible candidates need to be able to work Wednesday to Sunday.
