Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of vehicles, including forklifts. Responsibilities

Operate and drive automobiles, vans, and light trucks to pick up and deliver various items and products Professionalism in customer service Accept payment or invoices for items delivered Receive and relay information to central dispatch Sell products over established routes Assemble, install and set-up merchandise/products Keep a record of items received and delivered Prepare, package and restock goods Load and unload goods, sort packages for delivery Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road Follow directions and read map Use maps and other trip planning aids Record trip information such as vehicle mileage, fuel costs and any problems Perform administrative tasks Pay and receive payments for goods Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Prepare and cook meals or specialty foods Assist in warehouse operations as needed, including forklift operation and inventory management in freezers and dry storage rooms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.80-$20.00 per hour
