About the Role:

Location: 75 Addiscott Court, Markham, ON

We are looking for an experienced

Food Delivery Driver

in our ready-to-eat and heat food brand: Classic Touch Foods (classictouchfoods.ca), a high quality, fully prepared meal service for people on-the-go. This driver must be passionate about food, quality, and time management; someone who is prompt and understands the importance of delivering orders to customers in a safe, timely and detailed manner.

Here's a "snapshot" of your day...

Load and unload product from a company vehicle with care, utilizing support tools safely and accurately (dollies, lifts, etc.) Drive a company vehicle - cube van and light trucks - to deliver orders to our loyal customers, safely while adhering to all traffic laws. Inspect company vehicle prior to beginning a route, notifying management of any concerns. Ensure paperwork is completed, accurate and delivered to the customer in a courteous and timely manner. Work in a safe manner and bring forward any safety concerns, hazards to management. Abide by all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements, company vehicle policy.

To be a great leader in this role, you have...

5+ years of delivery driving experience; food industry experience is considered an asset. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to make deliveries on time and in a safe manner. Strong communication skills, detail oriented with a passion for high quality. Knowledge and respect for health & safety legislations, Ontario Motor Vehicle Safety Act, and traffic laws. Valid G class driver's license with a clean driver abstract. Able to accommodate an early start time to meet the needs of our customers.
