Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage a fast-paced environment efficiently.Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for the store operation.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
- Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred
- Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practicesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From $15.60 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 40 per weekBenefits:
