Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Counter Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to manage a fast-paced environment efficiently. Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food.
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for the store operation.
Establish work schedules and procedures.
Maintain records of stock, sales and wastage.
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is preferred - Proficiency in cashiering and cash handling - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately - Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment - Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service best practices Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $15.60 per hour Expected hours: 30 \xe2\x80\x93 40 per week Benefits:
