is currently looking for someone to be part of our Management Team at our Stratford, PEI location!

Management Responsibilities:

Train and supervise staff Plan, organize, control and evaluate daily operations Address customer's concerns and/or complaints Maintain safe working conditions for staff and ensure food safety protocols are met Provide a high level of accuracy when completing cash sheets, handling cash, deposits, products and equipment Ensure that all stocks and supplies are requested in a timely fashion so that correct stock levels are maintained Other managerial duties as required

Management Requirements

:

1-3 years experience in a supervisory role is preferred Fast food experience is an asset Solution focused individual who thrives in a fast paced work environment Experience in all aspects of customer service and staff management Demonstrated ability to lead and direct a team Strong working knowledge of the customer service industry principles, methods, practices, and techniques Ability to supervise employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling Able to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
