Paz Fuels is now actively searching for Team Members to join our brand new and improved Market! Keeping our customer favorites but improving and expanding our menu to satisfy everyone's hunger.

Team Member Role



As a Team Member you will be a food artist working as an ambassador of Market - Eat at Paz. You will be responsible for receiving, prepping and executing our quality food program that is the basis of the experience we share with our guests. You will learn of the stories and inspiration of our food through your training to be able to share this with our customers if required.

You will be a significant team member and be empowered to make your own decisions that create the best overall experience for our guests.

Responsibilities



Handling all aspects of our food operation - Receiving, Prepping and Preparing our food for all of our guests Responsible for high levels of team work and communication with all employees and management Providing feedback about our quality of food and preparation to our management so we can challenge our quality food program and areas in which we may be more efficient.

Personal characteristics reflective of Market - Eat at Paz: self-motivated, positive attitude, service-oriented, flexible, fun-loving personality, and ethical with a high degree of integrity Desire to work in a complex, fast paced start-up environment. Desire to make an impact on customers and team members. A can-do work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects. Strong organization, communication and planning skills. Willingness to learn - thru hands on mentorship you'll learn how to prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe changes such as temperature, quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients. Availability to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays Previous Restaurant Experience preferred Food Safe is an asset but not required - Training would be offered
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per year
