As a Food & Beverage Server at Branches, you will play a vital role in making our guests feel welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations. Whether you are serving our signature wood-fired pizzas, seasonal dishes, or indulgent desserts, your attention to detail and diligence will ensure we are above our high-quality standards. Position:

We are currently seeking Food & Beverage Servers for part-time, seasonal positions to work in our restaurant.

What You Will Do:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner

Take customer orders accurately and efficiently

Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station and work area

Handle cash transactions and process payments using a POS system

Upsell and promote menu items and specials

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

What You Will Bring:

Valid Pro-Serve certification is required

Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred

Knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and preparation

Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or kegs if required

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
