Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic an experienced Food and Beverage Operator to take over our food and beverage service on a turnkey contract basis and run it as their own business.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional dishes, managing a successful food and beverage operation and providing a top-notch hospitality experience.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant management, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Lead and mentor kitchen staff and service staff providing guidance and training as needed.
- Manage inventory levels and control food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
- Create innovative and appealing dishes that meet customer expectations and enhance the dining experience.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into menu offerings.

Skills:

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a desire to run their own operation.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff, customers, and suppliers effectively.
