As a Food & Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant/outlet and providing direct management to team members while ensuring optimal quality of experience is delivered to all of our guests. You will mentor the team in adhering to the policies and procedures of the establishment, motivate the team to achieve the highest standard of performance, and create an environment that nurtures our company vision, mission, and values.

Salary: $64 000

Schedule: Day/Evening/Overnight shifts available

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all direct reports adhere to the established workflows, procedures, and processes
  • Conduct checkpoints on each shift, provide corrective measures when needed, and report accurately
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the Point of Sales, Reservations, Credit Card processing, and Beverage control systems. Perform related tasks such as cash outs, refunds, end of day procedures, troubleshooting, service calls, and the like.
  • Remain current with the content of departmental resource centers for reporting departments, ensuring that you are able to direct, uphold, and clearly communicate the content to team members
  • Responsible for ensuring that sales objectives are met and providing continued coaching to staff in maximizing revenue per guest
  • Ensure that the organization\'s initiatives as communicated to you by the Restaurant General Manager are communicated clearly and effectively to all direct reports, whether through line-ups, training, information sessions, or the like
  • Provide feedback on staffing needs, manage the day-to-day staffing requirements and allocations in line with business needs and the department\'s budget
  • Have a thorough understanding of our organization\'s General Policies, communicate them clearly to direct reports, and assure their adherence in day-to-day matters
  • Responsible for ensuring that all customer-facing areas are well-maintained and up to spec, reporting any deficiencies to the Assistant Director and/or Director of F&B
  • Maintain continuous guest interactions and provide feedback on guest experiences. Manage guest complaints and concerns and ensure total guest satisfaction at all times
  • Manage and conduct themselves in line with the company vision, mission, and values.
  • Responsible for creating the ideal environment among all team members that promotes our company culture
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of Managerial experience within a high-volume, full-service restaurant
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, without sacrificing the team and customer experiences
  • Highly organized, responsible, and reliable
  • Ability to delegate, follow-up, and drive accountability
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team and build relationships
  • Confident in training
  • Excellent understanding of customer service and the drive for satisfaction
  • Demonstrates a passion for the food and beverage industry and knowledge of current trends
  • High proficiency in the English and French language with excellent communication skills, written and spoken

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que tous les collaborateurs directs respectent les flux de travail, les proc\xc3\xa9dures et les processus \xc3\xa9tablis.
  • Effectuer des points de contr\xc3\xb4le sur chaque poste, fournir des mesures correctives si n\xc3\xa9cessaire, et faire des rapports pr\xc3\xa9cis.
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie des syst\xc3\xa8mes de point de vente, de r\xc3\xa9servation, de traitement des cartes de cr\xc3\xa9dit et de contr\xc3\xb4le des boissons. Effectuer des t\xc3\xa2ches connexes telles que les encaissements, les remboursements, les proc\xc3\xa9dures de fin de journ\xc3\xa9e, le d\xc3\xa9pannage, les appels de service, etc.
  • Se tenir au courant du contenu des centres de ressources d\xc3\xa9partementaux pour les d\xc3\xa9partements concern\xc3\xa9s, en veillant \xc3\xa0 \xc3\xaatre en mesure de diriger, de soutenir et de communiquer clairement le contenu aux membres de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les objectifs de vente soient atteints et fournir un encadrement continu au personnel afin de maximiser les recettes par client.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que les initiatives de l\'organisation qui vous sont communiqu\xc3\xa9es par le directeur g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9ral du restaurant soient communiqu\xc3\xa9es de mani\xc3\xa8re claire et efficace \xc3\xa0 tous les subordonn\xc3\xa9s directs, que ce soit par le biais de r\xc3\xa9unions d\'\xc3\xa9quipe, de formations, de s\xc3\xa9ances d\'information ou d\'autres moyens similaires.
  • Fournir un retour d\'information sur les besoins en personnel, g\xc3\xa9rer les besoins quotidiens en personnel et les affectations en fonction des besoins de l\'entreprise et du budget du service.
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie des politiques g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rales de notre organisation, les communiquer clairement aux collaborateurs directs et veiller \xc3\xa0 ce qu\'elles soient respect\xc3\xa9es au quotidien.
  • Veiller \xc3\xa0 ce que toutes les zones en contact avec la client\xc3\xa8le soient bien entretenues et conformes aux normes, en signalant toute anomalie au directeur adjoint et/ou au directeur de F&B.
  • Maintenir des interactions continues avec les clients et fournir un retour d\'information sur leurs exp\xc3\xa9riences. G\xc3\xa9rer les plaintes et les pr\xc3\xa9occupations des clients et veiller \xc3\xa0 leur enti\xc3\xa8re satisfaction \xc3\xa0 tout moment.

Qualifications et exp\xc3\xa9rience:
  • Minimum de 2 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience en tant que manager dans un restaurant \xc3\xa0 service complet et \xc3\xa0 forte fr\xc3\xa9quentation.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 g\xc3\xa9n\xc3\xa9rer des revenus, sans sacrifier l\'exp\xc3\xa9rience de l\'\xc3\xa9quipe et des clients.
  • Tr\xc3\xa8s bien organis\xc3\xa9, responsable et fiable
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 d\xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9guer, \xc3\xa0 assurer le suivi et \xc3\xa0 responsabiliser.
  • Capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler en \xc3\xa9quipe et \xc3\xa0 nouer des relations.
