Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our Banquet and Other food outlet operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the food industry, with expertise in Banquet Event management, team leadership, and customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to all front end tasks of the Banquet

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, inventory control, and cost management. Supervise and train staff in food handling procedures, and customer service standards. Will be responsible for all Banquet operations in both Affinity and Hampton Conference center. They will work together with the Sales Manager to gather event details, have a clear execution plan for all bookings in our event spaces. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols. Keep track of all perishable and non-perishable inventory in the event centers, this includes but not limited to alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, linen, crockery cutlery and glassware and report monthly. Conduct interviews and hire new team members to build a skilled workforce. Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high-quality food preparation and presentation. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor service quality during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Banquet management or a similar role within the food industry. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management and development. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
