We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Duties

Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring satisfaction. Assist in the training and development of staff in areas such as food preparation, bartending, and cash handling. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock to minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food items. Utilize POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently. Help create a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration among staff.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff. Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation. Experience in cooking or bartending is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
