As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen and dining area.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly. Assist in food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen operations. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food industry. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.55-$18.55 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
