Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering excellent service, taking orders accurately, and assisting with food preparation when necessary.

Expected shifts; Tuesday & Wednesday 6pm - 9pm, Thursday 4:30pm - 9:30pm, Friday & Saturday 5pm - 9pm.

Preferably 19+

Serving it Right is a must.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when appropriate. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring all items are presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils between guests. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any issues that may arise. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during busy periods.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Proficient in sanitizing work areas and maintaining cleanliness standards in the restaurant environment. Experience in food service or food preparation is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
