Responsibilities and Duties
- Greeting and seating guests
- Taking and confirming orders, communicating with kitchen and bar staff
- Serving food and alcohol
- Bus and clean tables
- Process to-go orders
- Support kitchen with prep and garnishing
- Prepare bills and manage payments
- Assist in plating and presenting menu items
- Perform cleaning duties, including stocking, sanitizing, sweeping, and dishwashing
- Handle daily cash reconciliation
