Duties

Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and portion sizes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly. Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events, including banquets and catering functions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in fine dining or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience as a dietary aide or barista is advantageous but not mandatory.
