Position: Server

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and guiding them through our menu offerings. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar promptly, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to service standards and presentation guidelines. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests, inquiries, and special requests, striving to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, chairs, and service stations, to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests. Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to coordinate order timing and ensure seamless service delivery. Handle guest payments, process transactions accurately, and reconcile cash and credit card payments at the end of each shift. Uphold the highest standards of food and beverage quality, safety, and hygiene, following health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a server or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality and a genuine passion for hospitality. Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. ProServe certification and knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of the business. A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
