Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. Duties

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations as needed. Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders. Ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, and coffee machines. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as necessary. Provide support in training new staff members on food preparation and service standards.

Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry is preferred. Food Handler Certification - required (can be obtained upon hiring) Familiarity with Indian cuisine (or eagerness to learn) Excellent communication, multitasking, and upselling skills. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanour. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. A commitment to maintaining high standards of hospitality and service excellence.
