Duties

Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment Handle food safely following proper hygiene protocols Ensure all food service areas are stocked with necessary supplies and ingredients Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold food safety standards

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety procedures Experience as a barista or in hospitality is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or holidays if required Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
