Duties

Serve food and beverages to customers in a courteous and timely manner, ensuring excellent customer service. Assist with food preparation, including assembling ingredients and preparing menu items according to established standards. Handle food safely by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts. Take customer orders accurately and process transactions efficiently. Restock supplies and ensure that all serving areas are well-organized and stocked. Support team members during busy periods by assisting with serving or cleaning tasks as needed. Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and service.

Qualifications

Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures is a plus. Experience with serving or barista duties is advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or holidays if needed.
