PRIMARY FUNCTIONS The Server will provide genuine hospitality to our guests by delivering quality food and beverages in an efficient and consistent manner, while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude and a SMILE.

This position is fulltime including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Duties and Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following areas.

• Promoting a "No Problem Service" environment
• Be energetic and enthusiastic; enjoy customer service and working with the public
• Be knowledgeable about the food and beverage menus offered
• Responsibly serve alcohol
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and the cleanliness of the bar
• Perform duties in a timely and efficient manner and in accordance with established company policies
• Perform well under pressure in a fast paced and sometimes challenging environment
• Be accurate with cash and product handling
• Request orders from and serve food and beverages to guests using the upselling techniques
• Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the service area
• Perform opening/closing and side duties as per the shift checklist
• Responsible to do daily cash reporting and other administrative duties as required
• Perform other job related duties assigned by the supervisor/manager
