We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Duties

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in the setup and breakdown of food service stations during events or peak hours. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the food service area. Handle cash transactions accurately when required, following proper cash handling procedures. Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and specialty beverages.

Experience

Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in food service roles. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety standards is essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus, especially in fast-paced environments. Barista experience is beneficial for roles involving beverage preparation. A passion for food service and a commitment to delivering quality experiences are highly valued.
