Food And Beverage Server
Job Description
-Previous Serving experience in a full-service establishment would be preferred; a ProServe certificate is required in this role. As in any Serving role, our Servers must be able to work on their feet for long periods of time. - MUST have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to maintain a pleasant manner when dealing with customers\' concerns. The successful candidate must be able to work a mix of early mornings, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. -Our Servers must thoroughly learn the menu and are responsible for making food and beverage recommendations, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to guests. - Follow up with guests to ensure all their needs have been met during their dining experience, and resolve any issues that may arise. Additionally, they accept payment and perform a daily cash-out. -Be a team-worker as we all work as a team. Be able to be polyvalent such as having food running shift or hostess/ bussing shifts if needed. -Be able to refer to the manager on duty if there is any issue to maintain a great customer experience, is our goal.
