We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. Duties

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met throughout their dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, communicating with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery. Serve food and beverages in accordance with established service standards, including fine dining etiquette. Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Collaborate with team members during banquets and catering events to ensure seamless service. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in food preparation, catering, or banquet services is highly desirable. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is essential. Familiarity with barista duties or beverage service is a plus. A background in hospitality or the food industry will be advantageous. Previous experience as a dietary aide or in food service roles will be considered an asset.
