Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant/bar, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations

Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance Address customers' complaints or concerns Provide customer service Recruit, train and supervise staff Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 20-40 (depending on your availability)
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in service industry preffered
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer service best practices
