INNhotels is seeking a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of the food & beverage operations at Elements, located at Copper Point Resort; a four-star full-service resort in the heart of the Columbia Valley.

This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who thrives in a resort setting and enjoys leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Leadership



Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, banquets, and poolside cabana Ensure service excellence and operational efficiency across all food & beverage outlets Develop and implement strategic plans to continuously improve the guest experience Conduct regular walkthroughs of all F&B areas to ensure quality and compliance with brand standards

Financial Oversight



Develop and manage department budgets Monitor food and labour costs to ensure targets are met Track revenues and sales performance; implement strategies to optimize profitability Analyze reports and market trends to inform pricing and distribution strategies

Team Leadership



Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing food & beverage team Lead departmental meetings, coach staff, and support career development Promote a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented culture Collaborate with Human Resources on employee engagement and retention initiatives

Guest Experience & Reputation Management



Ensure every guest is welcomed and receives exceptional service Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Monitor and respond to online reviews and guest feedback Work with the Marketing team to enhance the property's food & beverage brand and visibility Stay informed of industry trends and innovations to elevate service and offerings

Qualifications



Minimum 3 years of food & beverage management experience, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel or resort Strong knowledge of food, wine, and current culinary trends (Level 1 Sommelier certification is an asset) Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue Proficiency with hotel systems and Microsoft Office Current certifications in Food Safe, Serve-It-Right, and First Aid, or willingness to obtain Deep commitment to guest satisfaction, staff development, and operational excellence
