Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations. Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and preparation. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers. Basic knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures. Time management skills to efficiently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
